So the story goes something like this... You go to a restaurant and you order this
great dish - tartufo funghi something - and you think 1 of 2 things. Pray the restaurant
never closes or you never move, because that’s the only way you’re going to get to
eat that dish again. Or, you run out and get the latest cookbook. Giddy with excitement,
you go to your kitchen, open your book which now starts taking about things you’ve
never heard of. And even if you have, where do you find them and what do you do with
them once you’ve got them.
